Hot Bikini Girls on Trampoline

There are many things in life that are seemingly random and unrelated yet go together really well. Peanut butter and jelly, a hot summer day and a cold ice tea, salt and pepper (seasoning and 90's hip hop girl group). We think that girls and trampolines are similar. Even more so, Girls Jumping on Trampolines. To further illustrate this point, we decided to see if we can come up with other pairings that might go together well or fail miserably. Summer is finally upon us and the latest trampoline craze is trampoline summer camp!

Just as you have gotten used to Indoor Trampoline Parks popping up everywhere, now there is a new trampoline craze sweeping the nation. Trampoline Summer Camp is a fun way for your child to spend their summer break from school. This summer camp is not only fun but also a healthy way to keep your child active and engaged in social activities with other children.

Trampoline Summer Camps are no longer limited to only training hopeful Olympians. Many of these programs have opened their doors to the general population and are becoming quite popular around the country. This phenomenon can be attributed to numerous factors. First and foremost, the overall popularity of trampolines over the past decade and the emergence of indoor trampoline parks. Another factor is the marketability of the trampoline summer camps. After all, do you suppose your child would prefer to spend their summer break at a "fat camp" or "trampoline camp"? We think there is a clear winner here!

Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Parks are offering two Summer Camp options: Half day or full day programs. The Trampoline Summer camps are aptly named SkyCamp. Locations are in Riverside, Covina and Van Nuys.

Scottish Trampoline Town

Scottish young people enjoy jumping on Trampolines!

In the quiet backyards of the Scottish suburb of Corstorphine, what matters is not so much keeping up with the neighbors as leaping above them.

The high ratio of trampolines to residents has put the small Scottish town on the map after an unnamed Google Earth user noticed that almost every home had a trampoline on the property.
Apparently, Scottish people really enjoy jumping on their backyard trampolines. Bagpipes are not included!

Pictures of Hillpark Avenue and Hillpark Gardens, made using a mixture of satellite images and aerial photography, show 18 outdoor trampolines in those two streets alone. Can you imagine Sir Sean Connery jumping on his trampoline?

The bird's-eye views, which appear on Google Earth, have now been posted on a website that collects unusual images from around the world. Homes in Beverly Hills are known for having backyard Tennis courts and swimming pools. We think owning a backyard trampoline is a lot less expensive and much more exhilarating!

Dancer and Country Music Star Julianne Hough recently split from old-er flame Ryan Seacrest after three years of dating.

So it was no surprise that Julianne Hough was ready to let her hair down and have some fun. She was spotted at an indoor trampoline park in Los Angeles recently looking happier and jumpier than ever.

The 24-year-old and a female friend indulged their silly sides, with Julianne showing off some impressive acrobatic moves. Check out the video she posted on her Instagram below.

Indoor Trampoline Parks are popping up everywhere and with them a healthy exercise trend that combines Trampolines and Aerobics exercises

Most people jump on a trampoline for fun. However, many doctors, coaches, trampoline experts, and even NASA astronauts, agree that trampoline exercise provides the most time and energy-efficient workout possible. Calories burn more efficiently during trampoline exercise, and there is less stress on the body than with jogging, or jumping rope.

TRAMPilates is the hottest new workout that combines Pilates with Trampolines. This new version of Pilates has spread due to the popularity of Indoor Trampoline Parks that are popping up everywhere around the US.

The following is a brief explanation of TRAMPilates by Fitness Movement Pilates Studio of Westlake Village, CA.

"TRAMPilates – Our trainers have created a class format that alternates between the Trampoline and the Pilates Plus Machine (Megaformer) for a circuit training type of workout. In one 55 minute class you will boost your energy, tone, and strengthen muscle (especially your core), increase your metabolism and burn lots of calories!
