You should work to strengthen your leg muscles and increase coordination by doing some basic balance exercises.
- Strength is the ability to jump high on the trampoline.
- Coordination is jumping high on the trampoline at the right time
I think this is where jumping gets difficult – you are using your legs to move, so if your usual habit is to clench your legs together or squeeze your butt, then your body has no idea how to close the bottom of the box with just your pelvic floor muscles while you are using your legs for jumping.
